Sayuri Nishikubo was born in 1988 in Japan. While working at a university hospital, she taught herself graphic and illustration, designed logos and packages. In 2020, she began creating black-and-white paintings using acrylics. Nishikubo once said, "Even as an adult, let's continue to be punk!" From her works, viewers can glimpse the deepest cries within her heart. The artist's works have been exhibited at Soka Art Center in Taiwan and Japan.
