Lo Chiao-Ling was born in Taipei in 1981 and graduated in 2009 with a Master's degree in Fine Arts from the National Taipei University of the Arts, specializing in multimedia. Her creative inspiration primarily stems from her own childhood memories, family, and daily life. She believes that there is a child residing in everyone's heart and envisions capturing the pure essence that each person once possessed by depicting childlike figures. Through her art, she seeks to recreate the beautiful aspects and warm feelings from her memories. The works of this artist have been exhibited in various locations, including Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and France.
