Yehan WANG 王益輝

Yehan was born in Shanghai. He graduated from Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts in 1980 and completed computer graphic design and art courses at George Brown College in Toronto. His work is a process of creation and investigation. He is inspired by influential artists such as Paul Klee and Wassily Kandinsky, yet he doesn’t consider himself as an abstract artist. Wang Yehan’s works are in the collection of Macau Museum of Art, Luxury Art Hotel and several national and international renowned public and private collection. Solo exhibitions included 1989 show "Shanghai Art Salon" at Shanghai; 2007 "The True Condition Yehan Wang ---2007", JinDu Art Centre, Beijing; 2012 “Metropolis-Pixel” Wang Yehan Solo Exhibition, The Rotunda, Exchange Square, Hong Kong. Selected group shows included 2008 "Crossroads", Opera Gallery, Singapore; 2009 "Return to the Modern--Chinese Abstract Art Exhibition", West Lake Museum, Hangzhou.
