Born in Shen Yang, Liaoning, Shenyang, Zhang Feng is the assistant professor of the sculpture department in Luxun Academy of Fine Arts; he is also the member of China Artists Association and China Sculpture Association. He graduated from the sculpture department in Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1988, in addition to winning numerous awards for his sculptures; many of them are on display in Beijing since 1989. In 2000, he graduated from the teacher advanced studies class of sculpture specialties in Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. He presently is the graduate student in the New York art academy.
