LIN Shu-min 林書民

Born in 1963 in Taipei, Lin Shu-min received his BA in Fine Arts and MA in Art degree from the New York Institute of Technology, USA, in 1989 and 1991 respectively. His holographic works and video installations have been included in numerous exhibitions in domestic modern museums and abroad. He has also won the Prize for Artistic Excellence from the International Biennial Open Competition and Exhibition of ARTEC '95 and ARTEC'97, Japan, and the 2002 Grand Prix of the 10th Yugoslavia Biennial. Major public art projects include the MRT Chiang-Kai-Shek Memorial Hall station, the Pan-Chiao main station and the Building for Science and Education, Taiwan.
