Born in Taipei in 1982, Chang graduated from Taipei National University of Arts in 2005. In 2008, she graduated from the Graduate Institute of Plastic Arts, Tainan National University of Arts. Chang won the Best Selection at Taipei Award in 2006. Besides the narrative picture full of unlimited imagination, her strong painting skill and disciplined classical composition are also focuses of her work.
